Judges & Referees

Salary
Weekly Salary: $15 - $20,000 with bonuses.
Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association hires judges and referees to ensure our rules & regulations are followed precicely during events. If you're interested in joining SAFA as a judge or a referee, you must have some background knowledge and experience with combattive sports.  

Application Process.

Upon applying to the San Andreas Fighting Association as a judge or referee, you will be contacted by one of our supervisors or management members.

An interview date will be established for you to visit us so that we can assess your compatibility with the role. 

If the interview is passed, you will be put on a course with the SABM&CSC. This course will include a thorough explenation of our rules, installing basic judging competencies and experience. This course and its costs will be covered by SAFA.

If you pass the course with the SABM&CSC,  you will be issued a license relative to the course you completed and most likely be offered a contract to work within SAFA.

Coaches & Instructors

Salary
Weekly Salary: $10 - $20,000 with bonuses.

Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association hires coaches, instructors and other gym staff to ensure our gyms run smoothly on a day-to-day basis as well as to ensure our fighters have the correct resources needed to develop their fighting careers. 

Application Process
We usually hire out gym staff in our gyms on site. However we also offer people to apply through our website. Applications as a judge will simply require you to visit one of our gyms when they are open and attend a meeting with one of our Gym Managers. 

Coaches & Instrucs can have a salary of up to $20,000/week however are usually hired on an hourly contract, meaning they are paid per hour. This hourly contract can be anything from $4,000/hour to $10,000/hour.

Security Crew

Salary
Weekly Salary: $10 - $30,000 with bonuses.

Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association hires security guards for multiple roles. As you may have already guessed working within the MMA can cause the scene to go rowdy which is why we need an excessive amount of security. Our guards are tasked with securing affiliate venues, attending events and protecting fighters as well as staff. Their primary focus is prevention and intervention of violent behaviour towards our staff.

Application Process
Upon applying to SAFA as a security guard, you will be offered an interview. This interview is used to check your general competencies and compatability with the job, it will also be used to check your back-ground experience and ensure you've a portfolio which matches our expectations.
Depending on how the interview goes, you will be offered a position as a security guard, after which a senior employee will talk you through all of your different roles.

Bartenders

Salary
Hourly Contract: $10,000/hour

Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association hires bartenders exclusively to attend events. We pay a flat fee of $10,000/hour and offer the job to the first person to apply for it, counted they have the relevant experience. 

Application Process
Upon applying to SAFA as a bartender, you will be asked to send in a portfolio with your experience and any relevant degrees or so. If your experience matches our expectations, you will be invited to our intranet system where job listings will be put up. You will be able to work whenever you want for the set price. 

Ring Ladies

Salary
Hourly Contract: $10,000/hour

Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association hires ring ladies to attend events as intermission entertainment. The ring ladies are tasked with holding a banner or so and walking around the ring inbetween rounds. They may also be asked to other things such as presenting rewards or so to fighters.

Application Process
Upon applying to SAFA as a Ringlady, you will be interviewed and assessed by a supervisor. If you pass the interview, you will be invited to our intranet system, which will allow you to sign up to jobs as they are listed. This works by a first-come first-serve basis. 

Social Media & Publicity Staff

Salary
Weekly Salary: $10 - $30,000/week

Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association influencers, social media managers and other publicity staff to help publicize our events. These are all tasked with different types of roles befitting their name. To find out more, feel free to apply for the Social Media & Publicity position. 

Application Process
Upon applying to SAFA as a Social Media manager or publicity staff, you will be asked to attend an interview. This interview will be used to establish what your skills are and how you can directly benefit our company. 
If we find you compatible, we will hire you on a negotiated salary

Supervisory & Management Staff

Salary
Weekly salary: $20 - $50,000.

Job Description
Our supervisors work on maintaining and managing certain aspects of our company; we have people who supervise gyms or certain aspects of events such as the fighters themselves. If you're looking to work as low level management within SAFA, feel free to apply.

Application Process
Upon applying to SAFA as a Supervisor, a meeting will be established between you and one or more management members. This meeting will start to test your compentencies as a supervisor as well as figure out exactly what part of the company it is you want to supervise. 

Fighter

Salary Amateur Fighter
Per Fight: $5 - $20,000.

Salary Pro Fighter 
Per Fight: $20 - $100,000.

Job Description
The San Andreas Fighting Association is constantly hiring new amateur fighters, which are able to attend SAFA events and work themselves up to become a Pro. Training will be provided, however we strongly recommend applicants to have past experience with any fighting style.
